Underwater Gypsea

I was so excited to meet Kat! I automatically knew I was going to love her vibe. All those new jitters meeting someone new just slip away.  The ocean has a way of making you feel at home, even when you are with someone new for the first time. Its an ice breaker of sorts and allows me to be in my element. I photograph many amazing woman underwater but Kat was different.  She blew me away with her passion, outgoing personality and she was loud and wild just like me. Being and artist herself, she new my deep need for perfection . Working together she was relaxed and excited to make art together and that is truly what I am about.  Kat is not only beautiful on the outside but beamingly beautiful on the inside too. She has this strong desire to thrive in the beauty of Hawaii and all that the islands encompass. Kat has a mindblowingly uncanny talent to hold her breath while flipping upside down underwater for what seems like an enternity. Flawless, graceful and stunning all come to mind!  It takes a lot to amaze me! I can count on my hands how many people can hold their breath like this. Kat is one of them. So comfortable in the ocean, you’d think she had gills! I learned some things from her style of swimming that I can also apply to my next client session! Win!! Photographing her has been the highlight of my month by far!
